Requirements?
Every individual applicant must have had, within the past 10 years immediately preceding the filing of an application, not less than 4 years experience as a foreman, supervising employee or contractor in the particular field of contracting in which the applicant intends to engage as a contractor. Corporations, Partnerships and Joint Venture must qualify through a Responsible Management Employee who meets these experience requirements.Examination is required which consists of Part I - Law and Part II - Subject Matter. Each exam costs $50. The Part - I Law Exam provides a Study Guide at a cost of $75. Applicants are required to earn a minimum score of 76% on the examination. All licenses expire on June 30th of each year.

A renewal application must be made upon forms prescribed by the Board. Failure to apply for renewal on or before June 30th of each year shall automatically void a license and would require a licensee to submit an original application.
RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS
Guam does not have reciprocity agreements with any other states.
