Asbestos and Lead Certification:
Applicants must attend appropriate training in accordance with the requirements of the EPA Model Accreditation Plan. Experience requirements for each category of license are documented in Vermont Regulations which can be accessed at the following web address: http://healthvermont.gov/enviro/asbestos/asbestos.aspx.

The initial application and renewal fees range from $60 to $600 depending on the category of license, and if processing of applications is completed within 2 weeks of receipt.

Highway Prequalification:
Prime contractors must submit experience history and financial statements. The pre-qualification is good for 16 months beyond the year-end of the financial statement date. The contractor bid limit is based on a formula applied
