12 Building Contractor (2017-10-02)

Residential Building Contractor is a closed book examination with 80 multiple-choice questions which are equally weighted. You will have four hours to complete this examination. A calculator will be provided for use during the examination.

The reference materials listed below should be helpful to candidates in preparing for this examination, but may not contain all of the information needed to be competent in this trade or to pass the examination.

The reference material listed below was used to prepare the questions for this examination.  The examination may also contain questions based on trade knowledge or general industry practices. Except for Code books, you can base your answers on later editions of references as they become available.  For Code questions, the examinations will be based only on the edition of the Code book that is listed.
